Fly By Night makes it's own house made beer cheese (with you guessed it: Folklore beer). Some have claimed the 1/3 lb. hand pattied burgers are the best in town. Appetizers such as BBQ nachos, onion straws with chipotle mayo, and "dirty" cinnamon sugar pretzels make for a good selection to satisfy your cravings.
